Card 1 โ The Goal
๐ณ Kitchen Counter Incline: If floor push-ups are too difficult to sustain, place your hands on your kitchen counter or the back of a sturdy sofa. Maintain a rigid plank shape to build up foundational pressing power.

๐ Decline Push-Up Leverage: If regular push-ups are too easy, elevate both feet onto a chair or bed frame while keeping your hands flat on the floor. This shifts more bodyweight to your upper chest and front shoulders.
๐ The Deadstop Reset: Lower yourself completely flat to the floor at the bottom of a push-up. Lift your hands off the ground for one second to kill all bouncing momentum, then press back up fiercely from a dead stop.
๐บ Pike Push-Ups: Walk your feet close to your hands to lift your hips high into an upside-down 'V' shape. Lower the top of your head down to the floor between your hands to mimic an overhead shoulder press.
๐ช Chair Tricep Dips: Place your palms on the edge of a stable dining chair behind you. Extend your legs forward, bend your elbows back to a 90-degree angle, and push through your palms to lock out your triceps.
